Cover ups

We approach cover ups very selectively. Our goal is to create a tattoo that not only conceals the existing piece but also stands on its own as a beautiful design. If achieving proper coverage means compromising the artwork, or creating a great design means the old tattoo still shows through, we'll be honest and recommend against moving forward. The best cover ups find a balance between both. Whenever possible, we recommend one or two sessions of laser tattoo removal beforehand. Even a small amount of fading can dramatically expand the design options, resulting in a cleaner stronger, and more refined final tattoo.
